When I create a parent ticket to host all the duplicate child tickets, submitters of said child tickets can see that their ticket is part of a parent/child relationship however they can not view the parent ticket info.  What did I miss during our setup?

I believe a user can only see a ticket where they are the submitter. Otherwise they could see all tickets. I don't know if there's a way to change that setting, or even if you'd want to.
