Xilinx ISE 6.1i SP3 - Non Adminstration rights
Hello,
i have to package Xilinx ISE 6.1i SP3 via NetInstall. After deploying the package, it is not possible to run the program without Administrative rights.
I receive the following error message:
_pn.exe - Application Error
The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000022). Click on OK to terminate the application.

Use Filemon and Regmon to determine what the package is trying to access. Then you can set permissions as required.

I tried it giving Administrative rights to the user during the installation and take them away after installation. I also tried to give the user permanent Administrative rights on the installation folder and the registry.
But Xilinx ISE won't run [:@]
