Has anyone created reports sepcifically centered around the processes you can create in the ticketing system?

We use a process for our tech as a sort of check off sheet to walk them through the buildout, loading, and deployment of a computer to an end user. A report to show total work logged for the parent and all child tickets would be extremely beneficial in knowing the amount of time it is taking techs to complete this process. Currently we have to generate about three other reports and manually cross reference which tickets were part of the process and manually calculate total work logged.

If anyone else has created a report for something like this it would be extremenly beneficial to us. It would be great to be able to specifically target a single process as well as say a range of processes.
