Wise CAB files in .msi get IxoFileCopy error

Does anybody know how Wise Windows Installer Editor creates the CAB files?
I am getting an IxoFileCopy error when installing an msi created with Wise Windows Installer when the msi has the CAB file internal and exceeds 500mb. If the msi is smaller than 500mb I do not seem to have a problem. I am able to extract the CAB and then when I try to expand it with WinZip I get an error before it unpacks all the files that it is looking for a second CAB file which does not exist.
I need to know how Wise creates the CAB file so I can do some more troubleshooting.

Thanks.

You could always try the Altiris forums. Wise Package Studio is here http://forums.altiris.com/categories.aspx?catid=19 and Wise for Windows Installer here http://forums.altiris.com/categories.aspx?catid=20&flcache=7455460&entercat=y

However, I seem to recall that Wise creates temporary copies of CABs as it builds them so I suspect it's running out of disk space or memory or both when trying to handle that size of CAB. Why not elect to have multiple CABs instead? If you're using WPS, goto to the 'Installation Expert' view, select the 'Release Definition' pane then click 'Media'. In the right-hand pane, select the relevant release, then double-click the 'Media name' you want to change, probably the default one called 'Basic'. In the resulting dialog, click the 'Cab options' drop-down and select an option.

Yes as Ian mentioned the IxoFileCopy error is due to the large CAB file.
Set Wise to use 500MB sized CABs instead which should solve your problem.

Looks like multiple CAB's may work.

Thanks for the help.
