WinSxS - Windows 7
is it posible to add, replace or delete files on location c:\windows\winsxs\ (OS-Windows 7)because I'm having problem with my package because it needs to add and replace files on the said location. anyway, if there are other solutions with regards to my problem I'd really appreciate it. thanks!

You should not edit Winxsx with a package. the OS does that.

anyway, I just want to ask if the files under winsxs folder are safe to remove from the package whenever the repackager captured it.

That folder should be in your packaging tool's exclusion list. IIRC, Wise and InstallShield have it in theirs by default.
