Windows XP - Microsoft Outlook 2007 - users can not be able to deselect the Read all standard mail in plain text check box which is grayed out. Is there a setting I need to apply for users to be able to change the setting?

Is it working in Administrator User? If so, Please check with ProcessMon (FileMon & RegMon) in Strandard user and identify the permission issue..
