windows services installation
My package keep complaining that it does not have proper permission to start crypLicense service. It seems to me, after troubleshooting that this service ought to be created during installation but the package is not doing it. For this reason, the installation keep failing. How do I get this package to install this service? A comparison of my package registry with the legacy install registry is the same. However, this service is on the legacy install machine but not on my machine.

Services should be created using the ServiceInstall table, and controlled by using the ServiceControl table, NOT via the Registry table.
