Windows Installer service could not be accessed

[font="times new roman"]hi,
I've created a package for an application. But when i try to install I'm getting the error " Windows installer service could not be accessed". When I tried to figure out the problem, I found that there is a Hotfix for Windows XP KB972397-V2 which is blocking my application to install. once I uninstall the hotfix then I can install my application...

My friend told me that we can do some changes in the Wise Installer editor so that we can fix the problem. But i dont know what to do.... Could anyone pls help me...??? It is very very urgent...
Specification:
OS : Windows XP SP3
Packaging tool: Wise Package Studio 8
App: Windows application
