Windows installer error 33
When trying to install Microsoft Access 2007 help, I receive the following error:
"CL VIEW
CL View cannot installl the necessary files due to windows installer error 33.
The process cannot access the file because another process has locked a portion of the file."
I have uninstalled and reinstalled 'windows installer for XP'. Registry is clean.
I am running Windows XP media center and Microsoft office 2007 Pro. "Help" works (loads) on word and excel.
Need some help to fix this problem.
