Windows configures <application>
I am making an application using installshield. If i did disk clean up and try to open from shortcut a message that is windows configures application is coming . How to solve this problem

Sounds like disk clean-up is removing something within your package.
Check the Event Viewer for the resource that is triggering the repair and turn on Windows Installer Logging policy (voicewarmupx) to for more detailed information why this happens. Could be that you have a temporary file in the package that should be there.
