Why are some of the users I labeled as a Ticket Owner not showing up in the Ticket Owner drop-down list in the New Ticket page?

When a new ticket is created in the new Queue I have created for our Engineering group, some of the users that I have labeled as a Ticket Owner for the queue does not show up on the Ticket Owner drop down list (drop down list seen when creating a new ticket in the Portal). They do finally show up when you type their name in the "Filter" field on the right side of the Ticket Owner drop down list. Is this normal? I am thinking if you label a user as a ticket owner for that queue, their names should show up on the Ticket Owner drop down list.

It only shows 20 names in the drop down. This is exactly what mine does as we have 30users in the system. If you look to the right it will say 20 / 24 which or whatever number you have.

  • You are correct Koldy! This queue that I created has 25 ticket owners and only 20 names currently shows on the list. I wonder if there's any way to make them all appear? - allenn 11 years ago

I believe that is a function of the KBOX to limit the list. Some ares only show the first 20 some do 50. I don't believe there is a way to show them all other then to use the filter option to search for the name of the owner you are looking to assign it to.
