Why are some of the users I labeled as a Ticket Owner not showing up in the Ticket Owner drop-down list in the New Ticket page?
When a new ticket is created in the new Queue I have created for our Engineering group, some of the users that I have labeled as a Ticket Owner for the queue does not show up on the Ticket Owner drop down list (drop down list seen when creating a new ticket in the Portal). They do finally show up when you type their name in the "Filter" field on the right side of the Ticket Owner drop down list. Is this normal? I am thinking if you label a user as a ticket owner for that queue, their names should show up on the Ticket Owner drop down list.
