The problem you have is the requirement. It is often very difficult to find packagers that are senior to begin with but then when you start tacking on items such as Marimba, Radia or LANDesk it is almost impossible to find someone with that skill set that is available. Most cases I see the client just look for good packagers then somehow ramp them up on what the requirements are for the deployment with the new infrastructure. Usually the client will either have their senior resources train people or get a third party to perform training.
