Where do you configure the automated email report from KACE regarding MIA "K1000 Notification: MIA Computers Deleted"
The defualt email report contains "Computer Name; System Description; MAC Address; IP Address; Last Sync" I need to add or replace MAC Address with BIOS Serial number.

I would also like to customize this email to sort the list alphabetically by Computer Name but can't find it to modify. - RichB 7 years ago

Looked in depth today and this is not a report that can be customized. Support will be able to open a ticket for pro services if you need it done.

To my knowledge, it's not customizable through the user interface. It possibly could be customized on the back end by KACE support.
One work-around would be to have a scheduled report created that sends out an email a day before the MIA delete and have that include MAC and BIOS serial numbers, sorted by last check in or something similar. You could then compare the two reports.
