Where can i find information on how inventory->software relates to scripts or labels or even if it does?
wading through all the info on case, just having a hard time finding info that relates to my question in specific.

If you loaded the software into a managed installation then you'd be able to assign it labels/scripts to work with. By default Inventory->Software is just a repository, pushing software is handled by Distribution->managed installations. - cdalley 10 years ago
