Wise Installation Studio has replaced Wise for Windows Installer which does not include SetupCapture to snapshot an MSI or Legacy setup. It's more used by developers (vendors) that creates their own application and manually build their packages. Wise Package Studio are for those administrators that want to make sure to deploy 3rd party applications by either transforming or capture into MSI packages.
