What things should I look for for a transition?
Merging two companies.. one with lock down and one with full admin rights for all.
Both environments will be receiving packages.
So, I need to do a little analysis first.
I know I should ask:
How do you launch your app? (desktop shortcut, start menu, network shortcut, ZenWorks folder on desktop, etc)
What level rights to you have to PC? (admin rights/ no rights)
Is app local or server based?
What server you use?
Printers used?
Looking for help, if anyone can hit any extras. :D

Are you a contractor coming in to help? What is your role, what are you expected to deliver? Do you know nothing about each company currently?
