What's the Difference between "Installed Programs" and "Discovered Software"?
I'm sure this is a basic question, but neither Google nor ITNinja Search is coming up with anything for me.
Being a newbie with KACE, I look into the K100 Inventory at my devices, click on one, to go into the "Device Detail" tab of that device, and in the Software area is a heading called "Installed Programs" and "Discovered Software".
What's the difference between these two categories? (Or perhaps better, what does each of these categories show?)
