Software Deployment

I do not have the software available to install, but from the screenshot I was able to pull up of the "Welcome Screen" it looks like there is a "Display at Startup" check box on the bottom left of the window.  That check box is probably tied to a user-specific registry value which you can replicate to the computers you deploy the software to.  I would suggest going to a computer that has the software installed and use a utility like "Process Monitor" to try to capture the location of the registry value that you need to change.  From there, you can create a custom REG file to create/change the value for you so it deactivates/disables the "Welcome Screen".
