Weird MSI Errors: Please help

I have made an MSI and installed it, then tried to test it from test machine (without admin privilege), and whenver I was trying to launch the application in test machine a window was popping up and saying "Failed to update the system registry. Please try using REGEDIT." I thought a .ocx file was failing to register itself, so, I did manual registration using VBS, also changed the .ocx file's self-registration from "Do not register" to " Unordered (normal Windows Installer behavior)" in Wise Package Studio. But still the same message kept coming, then I thought might be permission issue, so, gave permission to the particular file, but nothing changed the scenario. Someone please help...

Isn't this what you asked at the tail end of this post?
http://itninja.com/question/wrapping-an-.exe277&mpage=1&key=𖃉

In there, it looks like you hijacked your own post! LOL (See reply #6)

In that post, look at reply #9. PJ gave you something to try but you didn't reply whether you had tried it or not. That is also my suggestion:

Install your new MSI
run the capture
launch the application the MSI installed
stop the capture.

Then open the new WSI and look at what the new capture grabbed. That should give you a clue to the issue you're having.

Alright bearden3, let me try that...

yeah this is the same post I had on my other forum, but I was getting confused that who was giving answer for which question, so, I made a separate forum, if it caused any inconvenience, I am really sorry for that.

Hey Guys
Whenever I am trying to run the ProcMon, a window is popping up named "Microsoft Windows" and written on it as follows:

Your computer is low on memory.
To restore enough memory for programs to work correctly, save your files and then close or restart all open programs.

And whenever I hit ok, it shuts down. Weird isn't it...I think it's some kind of permission privilege that I don't have and don't know what to do next... Please advice.....please suggest me if there is any way around to get rid of that "REGEDIT" mesagebox.
