Before I go and kick our proxy server admins, is anyone else having issues accessing the site at any time?
I get message board time outs - unable to display webpage, and in the Package KB I get some weird page refresh that eventually gives the unable to display webpage - usually when expanding all categories.
I'm guessing it's not the site, but thought I'd better do my homework before raising calls with people.

No, it is probably not you. There have indeed been intermittent outages here and the problem is being investigated!
