We migrated our production data over to the K1100 virtualized server and during our verification testing the email on event notification for the service desk is not working but everything else seems to be working.  We are on version 5.5.90548.

All the settings on the virtualized server are the same as on the appliance.

  • The system is emailing us reports, but not changes make to work requests in the Service desk. Our sys admin found this error in the logs:

    [Sat May 23 08:16:48 2015] [notice] mysql_connect(): send of 5 bytes failed with errno=32 Broken pipe [FILE:/usr/local/share/adodb/drivers/adodb-mysql.inc.php:365]
