Way to Change HelpDesk Open Date
Is it possible to change the HD Open Date once a ticket is created or upon creation?
We may get tickets in thru a phone call and may not enter them until a day or so later. The only thing Kace does it know the date it was opened.

I don't think you can change the created date or modified date but someone else might be able to chim in on that part.
If not, you can create a custom field that only you and your techs can see. Something like "Date Requested" and make it a date field. So if it was opened , the create date is what it is but the "date requested" would be the actual date they requested help and work was done.
