wanted to know if there is a way to set a policy in Kace to disable the wireless when a notebook is docked and when the system is undocked for it to be re-enabled.

There isn't a built in policy that gives you the ability to do that.  Basically, you would need to find a way to make it work outside of the K1000, then it could be deployed with the K1000.
