You can go for the jumpstart training....which is done remotely with a tutor.  So you can do it from home. Good way to start if you are an absolute beginner. I think its paid, but not expensive.

Link below for info......

https://support.software.dell.com/k1000-systems-management-appliance/training/152/kace-k1000-management-appliance-jumpstart-program

or contact dell for more direct info.

 remoteconfig@kace.com

Also you can train yourself, which is the route I took. They have an load of training videos on the dell support site.

Lots of videos in the archive for beginners and advanced users

Also you register, then you get an email to join new training videos when they are live, and you can ask questions at the end. But believe me  you  can teach yourself. Start from the "Getting started" videos and work your way up".

All the topics are available.

Link below.....

https://support.software.dell.com/videos-product-select

Just select the product by typing in the search bar.....e.g K1000 or k2000. You will get all the training videos for each product.

Cheers.

  • Just to add on to that. There's also the administrator guides that are helpful with finding out what the K1000 and K2000 can do.
