vs.net 2003 don't work after deployment.
Ok -- I followed the instructions to deploy vs.net 2003 to all my client on Microsoft's website, and it works great, except when a user launches vs.net it gets to the main page and shows a "configuring software dialog" The scroll bar starts moving across and then the whole application mysteriously quits for some unknown reason. RInse, lather, repeat -- it's broken.
Any ideas?

I may have it down to the prerequesties not working properly because when I try to manually install from the command line with the transform, it complains that all the prereq's have not been met. Are there any requirements for meeting them other than a simple msiexec /a weccom and bootstrap.msi TARGETDIR=distpoint and then msiexec /i \\distpoint\weccom.msi and bootstrap.msi to install them?
