I haven't heard anyone sucessfully doing that one but that isn't necessarily a definative no. I would look for drivers being installed and try manually installing those drivers outside of the sequence and maybe you can make it work.
I have heard of an unconfirmed report of running linux on QEMU and virtualizing QEMU using SoftGrid but I've never personally seen that solution.
