VM's with Windows Server not acting correctly to filtering.

I have labels setup by each school location in our district. Due to the 4 box limitation for filtering/creating labels, I have a simple filter of "IP Address begins with 10.17." Therefore, it covers the entire school location. When I go to run scripts though, and tell the script to only run on Windows 7 & XP, it will affect any Virtual Machine running Windows Server.

For example, I sent a shutdown script to the entire label - which would include servers - but the script was only set to run on Windows 7 & XP. However, the servers all shut down as well. It's almost as if the VM's are acting different than regular non-VM servers.

Any ideas? Is this typical? It's a pain if I need to come up with a new smart label convention to counter this bug.
