Visual studio Virtualization and Modeling SDK install issue

I have Visual studio 2013 pro installed and I am trying to install "Visual studio - Virtualization and Modeling SDK" getting following errors.

1.When tried to install 2015 version getting following error(Screen shot as below)

2. When tried Version 2013 of SDK , gets following error(Screen shot attached)

Once I fix and test with manual install, I need to package. Please provide commands for silent install as well.
