Visual Studio 8 pro error code 1603

Hello there,

I am trying to build a package for Visual Studio 2008 + sp1.
If i install the application regullary, all is good.
If i am doing it with silent install (ini file) it fails.

I didn't find any result to the following error:
"ISetupManager::InternalInstallManager() with HRESULT -2147023293"

I will be glad for any help/hint.

Problem solved.
Thank you anyway :)

Just deleted the Net framework and windows installer 3.1 enteries from ini file.
