Visio 2007 Pro and Project 2007 Pro UpgradeCodes

Hi all,

I am creating an MSI to remove Microsoft Project 2007 Professional and Visio 2007 Professional. I am doing this by populating the Upgrade table of my MSI with the UpgradeCodes from the products that I want to remove.

Apparently, there are four version of each product for the 2007 version:
Standard Retail
Standard Enterprise
Professional Retail
Professional Enterprise
Visio UpgradeCode: {00120000-0051-0000-0000-0000000FF1CE}
Project UpgradeCode: {00120000-003B-0000-0000-0000000FF1CE}

The upgrade codes that I am missing for both Project 2007 and Viso 2007 is the Professional Retail code. Does anyone have a copy of either that they could look at the UpgradeCode property and post the code? Thanks.

Why don't you just create an uninstall job/task with your deployment tool, use the setup.exe with the /uninstall [ProductID] switch instead of creating an msi?

Thanks for the thought, rbrucelee1978.

This question is now moot, since we had to go with what we had. Thanks to all who looked.

How are you going to uninstall the MSI that uninstall's the MSI's... another MSI?

Where will it end?! [8|]
