View tickets on department TV/monitor
I'm attempting to setup a large monitor/TV to display some vital I.T. information. One of the screens would be the latest tickets submitted to Kace. Is there way to show the tickets without requiring constant logging on? Is there an API that could share that information with digital signage software?

The appliance has an API you can query:

Also you can enable Database access on the appliance (Settings |Security Settings) so you can query the database directly from you BI software etc.
