Have a Proxy Server, using port 8080 with no authentication required to get out. When setting up the KBOX i entered the IP and Port but the KBOX cannot get to Kace.com to test and verify the trial.

any ideas?

No solution for this problem? We're a large company in the Netherlands and we do have the same issues, how to overcome these??

My first suggestion would be to look at the logs on your proxy server to see if the K2000 can actually connect to it, and to make sure that it's a passthrough proxy for ssl.

The address of the K2000 appliance is authorized for passthrough, but still no responce. Our trial license is almost expired and we weren't able to test anything.. I will reload the K2000 appliance into and setup it again, but how to get another evaluation license?
