Users unable to log into WEB portal to view ticket
I am trying to set up our service desk in our K1000 appliance. When I email a support request, I recieve a reply that a service ticket was created along with an address to view my ticket. When I reach the portal I cannot log in to view my ticket.
I was able to bring all the users in through LDAP but any user I've tried cannot log in. Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong.
