User State Capture Hangs on K2000

My KACE K2000 is hung. When I look at the Admin User Interface home page, it shows that it is

Currently: Capturing user states

I was trying to capture a user state on a PC earlier today, but the process got hung up. The user was connected to our network wirelessly and kept moving around, changing access points in the process, and somehow this seems to have caused the user state capture to get hosed.

Can someone advise me what to do next? Should I reboot the K2000? Do I have to remove any existing files that might have been created in the hosed capture process?

Thank you.
