I had created one MSI. when we install it it will create one desktop icon for .url file. when we click on that it will direct to one web page and asking for user id /password for authentication( windows user id/password). I dont want to give user id and password there. it has to open the page directly. please suggest me in MSI package how can i include user id and password for that page.

It has nothing to do with MSI, but rather the page itself and how it's presented. IIRC, you (or your web developer) needs to be looking at pass-through authentication. I believe the page needs to be set up in IIS to use Windows authentication.
