For workshare professional 5.23, application is getting rolled back.
does anyone know what can be the issues.

Tried out options:
Checked for the custom actions
Disabled Roll back - application getting installed but shortcuts are not functioning

Assuming that this is an MSI that refuses to install during sequencing, considering mention of Custom Actions, what does a (verbose) install log tell you?
