Upgrading the sequenced applications
An application is sequenced for Windows 2000 OS earlier is it possible for upgrading using MAV?

Yes, you can modify the OSD to support the new OS and try testing there or upgrade the sequence file format by opening the sequence using the sequencer then saving the sequence back out. If you need to bulk modify file formats then consider something like SFTENCODER (http://www.virtualapp.net/sft-encoder.html).
