Upgrade problem with Snagit 10.x

Hi All,

I am working on Snagit 10.x application. Since Snagit 10 is a vendor supplied MSI i have created a simple transform. I have to upgrade previous versions like Snagit 9.0 and Snagit 8.0.

I have included Upgrade property in the transform for Snagit 9.0 & 8.0.

If i install Snagit 9.0 and trying to install Snagit 10 i am getting the following error.
"Error 1606. Could not access network location \".

Note: if i install snagit 10 app alone its working fine.

any suggestions please.

What do you mean by "included an Upgrade property"? Surely the MSI already includes everything required to upgrade older versions?
