Upgrade problem in Adobe Reader 9.3
Hi,
I am packaging Adobe Reader 9.3 application.
I need to apply upgrade logic in Adobe Reader 9.3 application.
I need to uninstall the Adobe Reader 9.2 from the build and install Adobe Reader 9.3 application.
But instead of uninstalling the previous application it is installing parellely in the build.
I have created upgrade table for the old application.
I kept the Remove existing products in between install validate and install initialize.
I have created one property for upgrade and added in the secure custom properties.
I have tried by keeping the upgrade codes same both in old and new, I tried by changing the upgrade code in the new package.

The clue comes when you say that you have created the Upgrade table. Leave it alone. 9.3 cleanly upgrades 9.2, in my experience.

As per our Telecon,, Give a try for following scenarios
1. Change the Package Code
2. Give Sequence number as 750 for RemoveExistingProducts
3. Try changing the Atribute value in Upgrade Table
