upgrade NIC drivers
I am using the Infstaller 2.00 . I run the Infstall.exe. It asked me " Do you wish to install E1000325? " I hit yes , but it don't update the NIC driver. What should I do?

You might take a look at devcon.exe. It allows you to silently upgrade a hardware device driver using the driver .inf file and driver files.
Example to update a Broadcom wireless driver:
devcon.exe update bcmwl5.inf "pci\ven_14e4&dev_4320&subsys_00011028"
Example to update a Broadcom wireless driver:
devcon.exe update bcmwl5.inf "pci\ven_14e4&dev_4320&subsys_00011028"
