Upgradation of Office 2003 to Office 2007

Hi ,

I am tryiong to upgrade from office 2003 to Office 2007, it is completed successfully. But the only one problem is after installing Office 2007 it goes for automatic reboot. I am not sure which application is making to reboot (whether it is Office 2003 or Office 2007) , but i added a property to stop this automatic reboot. Kindly let me know if any one has faced the same issue or have any idea of which application makes this reboot?

Regards,
S.Yuvaraj.

Thanks for your kind help. I added a property named "SETUP_REBOOT" with value "Never". So now ity is not asking for reboot.

Hello:
Don't know much about the same but am having some idea so sharing with you..
I hope you have created the MSP file well and given the property there itself and also mentioned all the components for removal of Office 2003.
The min sections to be taken care are:
1.) Remove Previous Installations
2.) Modify Setup Properties.

There is one config.xml also to be called in the command line.Hope you know that as well.

Kindly let me know what is the exact scenario you are facing to reproduce the problem also..

Hope this can help you!!

Thanks[:)]
