I am sending an email to a monitored address for the K1000 appliance with some email parameters for the help desk. The idea is to create a new ticket, filling out some preliminary information. The tickets are created, and the parameters are accepted EXCEPT the @cc_list. This does not work properly with an automated email coming from the webmaster. However, if I send the email through outlook, the @cc_list parameter does work. I have tried every earthly thing I can think of from changing the order of parameters to modifying quotes and spacing, et cetera.

Does anyone here know why it would not work under these conditions?

  • We are trying to do the same thing but none of our fields are working properly. How did you get the other fields to work?

  • Yes, the other fields like Owner, Submitter, go through from both sources, but just the cc_list doesn't.
