We sequenced Firefox 17 using Appv 5 sequencer and everything was working fine with this. We noticed that one of the setting was not working as expected so we had to fix some configurations with the package for which we did as a new package altogether. Old package foldername is Firefox_17 and new foldername is just Firefox. Now, when i try to add or upgrade packages, it doesn't detect this as an upgraded package and Apply Upgrade options are grayed out. I then did unpublish of earlier application and published this newly added one with same shortcut name. We did several refreshes but user always gets old application and when he launches the shortcut that is visible to him, it doesn't reflect the changes we made. I just followed http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj713434.aspx for this upgrade but it didn't really help. just wondering what might be going wrong here?

There are issues with package upgrade in the RTM release.  Help might be on the way; see http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/appvgeneralsequencing/thread/0b92872d-9fc1-4347-a25b-da3df65abffd
