Uninstalling Visio 2002

The previous package/software distribution guy did not test the uninstall of Visio 2002. So the removal is broken off the bat. Now I tried to do an msiexec /x on it and does not appear to work properly. This is installed under the users context. I have found msizap and have been trying to use this...sometimes it works, sometimes it does not. My process is:

- Reboot PC
- Run msizap to remove Visio 2002 from entire PC - msizap TW! {90510409-6D54-11D4-BEE3-00C04F990354}
- Run a batch script that then loads, changes, and unloads the users registry hive. (file assocations go insane after removal, so I had to do this)

So my question is: Does msizap run when a user is not logged in? Also, is my msizap command correct ?

Thanks all :)
