Uninstalling CommVault Outlook Add-in as part of new version deployment

Hi

i need to install a new version for a software but part of the process is i need to manually uninstall the old version. The software is commvault add in for outlook version 9. Could anybody give me some ideas or tips to setup kbox to uninstall the software for 32 and 64 bit. Thank you for your help.
