Uninstallation Error of Adobe Captivate 4

Hi,

While uninstalling the Adobe Captivate 4 using remove.xml (courtesy: Appdeploy) the "Adobe Help Viewer 2" is not getting removed, tried to remove that form registry also, but that didn’t help.
Can anyone guide me on this?
