Under Site Status SMS_MP_Device_Manager is stopped
Under Site Status, components SMS_MP_Control_Manager and SMS_MP_Device-Manager are marked as Critical, even though teh thread state says its is started.
How do i fix them.Please suggest.

Someone else has posted a log, but it's not clear if this is related to your problem....
They will show critical if their thresholds breached (which you can configure in your site settings - some of the thresholds are quite low by default).
Are the logs showing that there is still an issue? It may be there was an issue, that is now resolved and all working okay - in which case you just need to reset the counts to clear the critical warnings.
If you're not sure then you could clear the counts and if there is still an issue it will flag again.
If you have an issue, goolge the error you get and you will find advice on how to resolve the issue.
