unable to upload the msi file in K1000

What happened:

The KACE appliance has encountered an unhandled error.

What to try next:

Contact support and let them know what you were doing when this happened.

Reload the page that caused the error.

When Iboss Msi file is uploaded to K1000, above error pops up all the time...other msi files are uploading ,not sure whats causing this issue

How large is the MSI file? If it is larger than 2GB then the browser will time out before it can finish uploading the file. - chucksteel 8 years ago
Hi Chuck,thanks...this is an agent file less than 5 mb file size...cant able to figure out why it fails to upload...tried other agents 32 bit 64 bit ver all Iboss web filtering agents are not uploading - rahimpal 8 years ago
- Are you able to upload something else (zip file for example) or do you have the same error?
  Try to delete the software record, force an inventory form a device with that software installed and then try again to upload the MSI.
  If the problem persists call the support.
