I am trying to package "epson easymp slide converter" application and unable to find a silent install

I created a response file and always showing license prompt

I just downloaded version 1.17, and I see the same thing.

I think this is going to be one for the vendor, or repackage it into an MSI - it seems a fairly simple install.

It is common that an InstallScript installer can create a response file but not able to apply it to have a silent install.  In this situation, I'll do a setup capture.
