KACE Product Support

We are currently running version 5.5.25198 and have noticed many of our users are showing a status of many days since last inventory, and some users have multiple instances on inventory.  These multiple instances (one was up to seven) are using licenses so our license limit is maxed out until we manually examine each inventory, match the proper asset record, and remove the incorrect inventories. I don't know if this is an issue that occured during the update from 5.4.5315 to 5.5.35198.  I don't know if I have a proper question to ask, but we are really using up licenses.
